About
Welcome to my corner of the web!
I’m a conceptual artist, illustrator, and overall weird person…thing.. currently living within the bounds of the Illinois Valley. My work has been mostly involved with indie video games, but I have had the opportunity to work on Illustration, Storyboarding, and both 2D and 3D mediums. I’m originally from (surprise) the Illinois Valley where I studied Animation and Visual Effects at Bradley University. I graduated in May of 2011 and I’ve been focusing on building and expanding on technique and form ever since I left. To explore new ideas and incorporate them into works is one of my goals.
I’ve got a bunch of interesting hobbies aside from games. In my spare time I’ve learned archery, yoga, martial arts, music, and even, yes, currently a holder of a permit to shoot off fireworks in my current state of residence.
Some notes of record – in 2010 I participated in the combined competition of the Polycount Forums and VALVe’s “The Polycount Pack” in which contestants designed items for VALVe’s successful Free-to-Play game Team Fortress 2. Only sixty or so contestants actually entered. In April of 2011 the game Pumpkin Grand Prix won 3rd Place at the iBradley Festival. I was Lead Character Artist on the team.
